You’ll work closely with job runner architects and directors, contributing to all stages of the design process.Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling

concept designs

and prepare high-quality presentations for all project stages.Coordinate

statutory approval information , including planning and building control submissions.Effectively

communicate and coordinate

with the internal project design team and external consultants.Liaise regularly with consultants to ensure seamless project progression.Produce and coordinate detailed design information, including

tender and construction packages .Skills and Experience

A

Part II Architectural Assistant

with substantial post-qualification experience, or a

recently qualified Part III Architect .Demonstrable experience working on

private residential projects

is essential.Proficiency in

Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp

is required.Proven experience navigating

statutory procedures , including building control and planning applications.Excellent

organisational skills

with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple workloads.The capacity to work

proactively and autonomously

within a dynamic studio environment.A
