IT Service Manager

18 month contract / Inside IR35

-450 - -500 per day

Hybrid - 1 day a week in either London or Manchester offices

Overview:

Akkodis are partnering with a global financial services business who are looking to hire an experienced IT Service Manager for a period of 18 months.

This is a hybrid role with weekly travel to either central London or Manchester offices required.

The IT Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that technology services are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous IT Service Management experience in a large and complex group structure.
• Strong experience ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience up to C level.
• Proven vendor management experience and strong relationship manager.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must be willing to travel to London or Manchester 1 day a week and to other offices throughout Europe and when required.

Candidates must already be UK based and have right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.
