The Role:
 
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload involving:

- Estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
- Drafting and administering trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax matters

 
The Ideal Candidate:
 

- Solid experience across the spectrum of private client matters, particularly tax, trusts and probate
- Able to handle complex matters with confidence and professionalism
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently
- A STEP qualification (or intention to pursue it) is highly desirable
