Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking an experienced and proactive Service Charge Accountant to take ownership of service charge accounts across a diverse retail and industrial property portfolio. This role has been created to address a backlog of accounts and historical debt, requiring an individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage complex reconciliations.
