This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload and contribute to the growth of our highly reputable firm, which has strong ties to the local community and a steady flow of quality work.Day-to-day of the role:Managing a broad caseload including Wills (simple and complex), Probate and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.Drafting a full range of private client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.Providing empathetic, attentive, and pragmatic advice to clients.Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Supporting business development activities, including networking, seminars, and community partnerships.Contributing to the growth of the department through cross-referrals and relationship management with referrers.Ensuring all work complies with SRA regulations, AML checks, and internal risk management protocols.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years PQE within a reputable Private Client department.Strong experience in Wills, Probate and LPAs.STEP qualification or working towards STEP (highly desirable).Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.High level of empathy and p
