Our client, an investment platform, is looking for a Client Services Consultant to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients. You''ll handle day-to-day operational tasks, including onboarding, ISA/GIA transfers, withdrawals, client updates, platform set-ups, and general enquiries, ensuring high-quality, compliant outcomes.What You''ll Do:Act as first point of contact for advisers, clients, and third partiesProcess operational tasks efficiently while maintaining high standardsIdentify improvements to enhance client experience and efficiencyAdhere to KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements (Consumer Duty, GDPR, CASS)Skills and Experience:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, analytical, and organisedSelf-motivated and proactiveExperience with financial platforms, ISAs/SIPPs, or phone-based enquiries is a plusFinancial Services qualifications and interest in investments beneficialIf you''re driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service in financial services, this is the role for you.
