Head of Marketing - Permanent - Shrewsbury (Hybrid)L and C Consulting are working with a Shrewsbury based Manufacturer to recruit for a new Marketing Director / Head of Marketing. Based at their modern site, this role will be responsible for the day to day running of the Marketing Function as well as the direct supervision of a small team. There is the ability to work from home a couple of days a week for the person.Responsibilities

Manage day to day activities of Marketing Team including Ecommerce and Digital MarketingDeliver key targets within the pre-defined Marketing Plan, within relevant budgetsCompetitor analysis and relevant strategiesLead the successful projects in e-commerce, website improvements, mail shots, PPC campaigns, new product launches etcProduct and Range Management and promotionBrand Management and CommunicationsHands on cover and support as requiredRequirements / Qualifications

Extensive experience within FMCG, FOOD or Ecommerce and the ability to demonstrate strong general marketing, commercial and management skills and experienceExperience in D2C marketsHigh attention to detail, well organised, motivated, reliable and flexibleStrong sales focus, analytical approach, IT literate and excellent communication skillsLocation and commuting
