The RoleReporting into the senior land and planning leadership team, you will support the promotion and delivery of residential-led schemes, playing a key role from early site appraisal through to securing planning consent.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing, submitting and managing planning applications and appealsSupporting strategic land promotion and site acquisition activityLiaising with local authorities, consultants, landowners and internal stakeholdersAttending planning committee meetings, public consultations and negotiationsManaging planning conditions, legal agreements and consultant teamsMonitoring planning budgets and programme milestonesThis is a varied, hands-on role offering excellent exposure to the full planning lifecycle within a commercially focused development environment.
