The global firm is looking for an NQ to 2 PQE solicitor to join their leading private investment funds team in London.

Responsibilities

Join a leading private funds practice in London

to work with fund managers on the full range of investment funds work, including fund structuring, formation and downstream investment activity.

Support sectors

include energy, infrastructure, climate and sustainability, impact, real estate, debt and private equity.

Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally

with opportunities to travel internationally; junior lawyers are encouraged to develop their own network and business development skills.

Qualifications

NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor

with training and qualification in the UK at a comparable calibre firm (London experience not required) or with a leading firm in Ireland; traditional training contract preferred; ideally with a seat in Investment Funds.

Location and Further InformationBased in the London office (City), with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
