Commercial Contract Manager (Supplier Relationship Management)
Central London Office, Hybrid role, 55,000 - 60,000 basic salary range, plus Excellent Benefits (including subsidised travel)This is an exciting time to join this high-profile business, as they embark on a planned range of growth and investment, in this expanding procurement and contract management team. Your role will be to provide strategic commercial oversight and supplier relationship management across a portfolio of contracts. Operating as a central point of accountability, you will support functional business leaders in regular supplier contract reviews, ensuring governance is maintained and supplier performance is actively monitored. You will drive contract performance through structured evaluation of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with the latest PA23 procurement legislation governing in-life contract management, ensuring supplier delivery is measured, challenged, and continuously improved, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, risk mitigation, and value creation. Essential Knowledge and ExperienceCommercially astute, with knowledge of contracts management processGood understanding and application of contract lawProcurement and Supplier relationship management exposureKnowledge of a range of Indirect spend categoriesExperienced in cost analysis techniquesNumerate with ability to produce reasonably complex analytical models.Experienced IT user of Word, Excel, and other MS Office software.Essential Personal SkillsGood stakeholder engagementAbility to communicate effectively a
