Overview:
This is a Service & Aftersales business supporting a leading manufacturer. They are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment and retrofit projects.

Operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you''ll oversee multiple concurrent projects across customer sites, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to delivery.
This is a pivotal role, ideal for a professional who thrives on complexity, cross-functional coordination, and delivering value through excellent service and engineering precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution for machinery refurbishment and retrofit activities
• Lead multiple fast-moving projects, often at different customer sites simultaneously
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with business goals
• Liaise effectively with customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, service, and commercial departments
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on-site and during implementation
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in project management of retrofit or refurbishment projects, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG or industrial machinery environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - both internally and externally
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong planning and execution capabilities
• Experience working in customer-facing roles with an emphasis on service and satisfaction
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations
