About Us: Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a forward-thinking, values-driven registered social landlord based in Bristol, committed to delivering quality homes and services to communities and striving to create a safe and secure environment for tenants, to appoint an experienced Interim Fire Safety Manager to join their busy Asset Management team. Role Overview: You will lead and implement fire safety measures across the housing stock. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining a safe living environment for residents. This role is essential in supporting fire safety strategy and working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and local authorities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety policies, procedures, and systems across the housing portfolio. Lead the assessment, identification, and mitigation of fire risks in residential properties. Oversee the completion of fire risk assessments and ensure they are regularly reviewed and acted upon. Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and other relevant regulations. Manage and maintain fire safety records and ensure the timely execution of necessary fire safety improvements.
