TMM are partnering exclusively with a valued client who are looking for a Financial Accounting Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial governance, delivering accurate statutory reporting and supporting effective business decision-making.Key Responsibilities

Ensuring strong financial governance and controls across the organisation.Leading the delivery of statutory reporting in compliance with UK GAAP and FRS102.Providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver clear and actionable financial analysis.Driving continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.About You

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).Significant experience in a financial accounting and reporting role.Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS102.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of Excel literacy with the ability to work confidently with complex data.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Apply / Contact
