Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of the home, ensuring quality and compliance Provide strong leadership across care, hospitality and support teams Oversee care planning, audits, and CQC readiness Monitor and manage occupancy, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure resident needs are met with dignity and personalised care Promote good communication with families, teams and external professionals Carry out team supervisions, appraisals, and ongoing development Ensure regulatory notifications are completed and all records are accurate Build local partnerships to integrate the home into the wider community Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for residents and staff What You ll Bring: Proven experience in a senior role within a care or nursing home NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Leadership and Management Confident understanding of care regulations and
