Area Sales Manager

This organisation has successful business operations in Ireland, UK, China, Holland, Middle East and Australia and offers a range of quality lighting products sold through a network of Electrical Wholesalers through a B2B route to market. The Role Searching for an Area Sales Manager who has experience working within a Wholesaler, or sellig Lighting Solutions into the Wholesaler network within the North West region. Your territory will cover postcodes L, CH, LL, CW, WA, PR, and ST and ideally, you will live in the Widnes - Warrington - Liverpool area, You will be looking after and growing accounting within wholesale customers by: - Developing relationships with Wholesale Branch Managers, Buyers and Trade Counters. Follow monthly call plans to ensure all your customers are visited each month. Target upcoming project opportunities. Assist wholesalers to specify your products to their customers through training and product advice. Work closely with local contractors to further improve the perception of the brand. You will be completing monthly reporting and presenting to your peers at a monthly divisional sales meeting, sharing customer developments, new initiatives, and ideas. Focusing in business development / new business and account management, this is a field sales role, with the objective of taking a set of trading accounts and growing their GP turnover.
