Description

• Monthly preparation of management accounts for group of companies
• Analysing income and expenditure
• Processing of month end journals (accruals/prepayments/deferred income)
• HMRC Compliance (VAT + Corporation tax)
• Quarterly VAT submissions
• Annual Corporation tax submission
• Annual financial accounts submission
• Annual balance sheet reconciliation
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Monthly inter-company loan reconciliation
• Processing and analysing of bad debt
• Debtor reviews
• Calculation of self-storage staff monthly commission
• Calculation of staff expenses for payroll

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Part Qualified (e.g. AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
