We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Controller to join our Client’s busy well established dealership in Dunstable.

Offering the successful Car Sales Controller On Target Earnings of £40,000.

The hours of work for this role are flexible for either a 5 or 5.5 working weeks.

Benefits:

- Basic Salary: £27,000 + Bonus 
- OTE: £40,000+
- Working days: 5.5 day working week (flexible on days off )
- Brand training and accreditations 
- Company Car 

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with the management team to ensure a profitable car sales operation
- Second Facing Customers if required
- Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department
- Assisting the Sales Team with reaching and exceeding their targets.

Requirements:

- Have a proven track record within a Car Sales Controller role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
