Business Development

– Actively identify new client opportunities across the hospitality and catering sectorsAccount Management

– Build long-term relationships with clients; become their go-to for talent solutionsNetworking

– Get out there and connect—events, calls, coffee chats, LinkedIn… you know the drillTalent Sourcing

– Attract top candidates using creative sourcing strategiesFull-Cycle Recruitment

– From brief to placement, you’ll run the showMarket Mapping and Insight

– Know your space, spot trends, and advise clients like a proWhat We’re Looking For

Experience in 360 recruitment

– ideally in hospitality, catering, or high-volume sectorsA natural

people person

– you love meeting new people and making things happenStrong

sales or business development mindsetOrganised and proactive
