Exciting Opportunity: Office andamp; Personal Assistant to a Prestigious Family Estate

Are you looking for a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same£ Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Support andamp; Personal Assistant to work at the heart of a successful family estate. This dynamic role combines office management with personal support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office andamp; Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, post, filing, and deliveries. Assist with contractors and renewals (insurance, utilities), and handle tech issues.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and manage events (weddings, conferences, family gatherings), including bookings, RSVPs, and logistics.
  • Household andamp; Family Management: Coordinate family calendars, arrange travel, book appointments, and run errands. Help with school admin, pet care, and personal tasks.
  • Financial andamp; Vendor Management: Assist with budgeting, expenses, liaising with accountants, and managing suppliers and contractors.
  • Special Projects: Support with household moves, home improvements, and family events. Help with travel arrangements and occasional pick-ups.

  • Discretion and professionalism, especially in handling confidential matters.

Location: Full-time, based at the estate with occasional travel and errands.

This role is starting immediately and will temporarily ongoing until the permanent role is filled.
