My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the door package on a large, high-security commercial new build development in North-West London. Working on behalf of the Main Contractor, you will take full responsibility for managing the package from start to finish, ensuring quality, programme, and compliance are delivered to the highest standard.The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:-Managing and coordinating the entire door package, from procurement through to installation and completion.Liaising with the client and stakeholders in a professional, client-facing capacity.Ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.Overseeing subcontractors, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication lines across the project team.Upholding strict health, safety, and security standards on this high-security development.Reporting progress, risks, and programme updates to senior management.To be considered for this Project Manager role, you must have:-Proven experience managing specialist packages on large-scale new build projects, ideally doors or similar.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.Previous experience on high-security projects is desirable.This Project Manager position is being offered on a 12 month freelance basis.
