Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting projects in South Wales, typically valued between -2m - -6m.

Take offs and Pricing Change skills essential with groundworks experience. Foundations, drainage, excavations, etc

Should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, and office working.

Sites are Bridgend, Newport, Cardiff and as far as the bridge.

Reporting to Commercial Manager

All clients are large blue chip construction organisations

Works will typically include:

Bulk excavation and any remediation
Ground beams and floor slabs
Drainage, Pile caps, Foundations
Retaining walls
Substructures
Basements
External works
Hard and Soft landscaping
