Oversee comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolioProvide strategic tax planning advice and technical guidance on complex tax mattersManage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality professional servicesCoordinate with other service lines to provide integrated business solutionsPrepare and review corporate and individual tax returns and specialized filingsResearch complex tax issues and provide technical interpretations of tax legislationStay current with changing tax laws and regulations affecting client operationsDevelop innovative tax strategies and planning opportunities for clientsSupervise and mentor junior staff members in technical and professional developmentReview work products to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standardsContribute to business development activities and proposal preparationParticipate in training programs and knowledge-sharing initiativesEnsure all work meets firm quality standards and regulatory requirementsIdentify and mitigate potential tax risks for clientsMaintain professional independence and ethical standardsDocument work performed and maintain appropriate client filesClient Profile
The successful candidate will work with clients across various sectors including private companies, publicly traded corporations, high net worth individuals and family groups, international businesses with cross-border operations, partnerships and alternative business structures, and non-profit organizations.Required Qualifications
Bachelor\''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional qualification such as ACA, CTA, CPA, or equivalentMinimum five years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or advisory servicesCurrent knowledge of relevant tax legislation and compliance requirementsTechnical Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in tax preparation software and research databasesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data analysis toolsAbility to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlinesProfessional Skills
