Acting as a champion of quality, this role will continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and testing techniques. This is a hands-on, techno-functional position that requires strong experience in Agile test delivery to guide, oversee, and execute testing activities within a product team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end testing efforts across the software development lifecycle.- Mentor and guide offshore testing teams to ensure alignment with quality standards.- Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of test cases, as well as automation and defect management.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile testing practices.Skills /experience:- Background within a similar Quality Engineering role, ideally at a Senior level already.- Strong background in working within Scrum Teams.- Exposure to test automation tools (Katalon or Selenium or similar), strong technical skills within Java or Groovy, as well as experience with D
