Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate international shipments, manage customs clearances, and support road and warehouse logistics projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate full door-to-door FCL shipments with overseas agentsArrange vessel bookings and coordinate collection from shippers'' premisesReview and manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing listsTrack shipments and maintain accurate customer updatesOversee supplier invoicing, customer billing, and incidental cost trackingSupport inbound shipments for a 3PL warehouse project in GermanyPrepare UK import and export customs declarationsAssist with road freight coordination for European exports and UK importsMaintain operational records, KPI reporting, and shipment visibility across systemsEssentialExperience in ocean freight forwarding and UK import/export customs declarationsStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple shipments and prioritiesComfortable using IT systems and learning new softwareDesirableExperience with road freight forwardingExposure to CFSP customs clearance processesExperience with warehouse management systemsScope, CNS, Destin8, e-Customs by DescartesBenefitsCompetitive salary up to £35,000 per annumHybrid
