A new client to Sphere, are looking to employ a Project Manager with immediate effect. The successful candidate will oversee a prestigious city centre Residential scheme, valued at 52M. It consists of 166 Apartments, split over 6 blocks. The overall development will encompass Private Sale, Shared Ownership, and Social Rent units, ground floor Commercial Space, and and underground Car Park. The ideal candidate for the role will have proven experience managing large Residential developments (particularly RC frame), a strong understanding of multi-tenure Housing schemes, excellent leadership and communication skills, valid SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid, experience working with Design teams, and ability to oversee Technical detail and client interaction.
