We’re on a mission to become the solution for Real Estate and B2B payments everywhere .To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0.What you’ll do

Partner with the Sales Managers by providing technical support during the sales cycle including participation in sales meetings either virtually or in person.Explain the solution’s technical capabilities and how they can be used to solve client requirements.Run technical, architectural and design workshops and document payment flows, use cases, etc.Capture and document onboarding, legal, commercial, operational, regulatory, technical and risk requirements.Follow all sales processes and ensure implementation of our API led solutions runs smoothlyWhat you’ll need

5+ years of experience with implementations, client support, technical support or customer-interfacing preferred.5+ years of experience with integrations and connectivity.Demonstrate strong knowledge of implementing system integrations with APIs.Demonstrate broad knowledge of payment schemes and networks including SWIFT, ISO2022 and various payment file formats.Experience working in the property, wealth management or financial services preferred.Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality.Superior customer service skills with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues; ability to analyse customer processes and provide creative solutions for implementation.Bonus Points
