Senior Quantity Surveyor – Facade/CladdingMy client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.You will need to live in a commutable distance to office and will be visiting sites in London and home counties.Responsibilities

Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reportingMaintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.Prepare and present financial reportsQualifications

Strong background in facade / external envelope
