Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced OSS Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within the telecoms domain. The role involves managing end-to-end OSS projects, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Manage OSS-related projects (eg, service assurance, provisioning, inventory systems) from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and third-party providers. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plans, status reports, risk logs, and stakeholder communications. Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Manage change requests, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and business priorities. Ensure compliance with telecom standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
