The service has a strong focus on engaging Bangladeshi and Somali service users, ensuring that support is accessible, culturally informed, and aligned with community needs.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner ready to step into a leadership role or an established Team Leader seeking a meaningful, community-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide line management, supervision, and day-to-day support to Recovery Support Workers.Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs.Manage staff rotas and allocate resources to meet service demands.Lead team meetings, case discussions, and promote a cohesive, supportive team culture.Ensure accurate and compliant documentation, record-keeping, and data protection practices.Deputise for the Service Manager in partnership meetings and borough-wide substance misuse forums.Hold a caseload of clients with complex drug and alcohol needs.Deliver 1:1 key-working sessions, assessments, risk management, and recovery planning.Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups (e.g., relapse prevention, mutual aid preparation).Work collaboratively with internal cli
