We are looking for Support Workers to join our service in Shrewsbury supporting a female adult in her own home who has autism and learning disabilities. She enjoys making her house a home and likes to spend time at home watching films, having pyjamas days, cake baking and spending time on her laptop. She also engages in her community by going to the seaside, having coffee and cake trips out and spending quality time with her family. No two days are the same but your day might look like this! Supporting her to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of her community and beyond. Supporting her with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
