Your Role as a Contracts Manager will include: Managing multiple pub and hospitality sites across London and the Southeast Overseeing reactive maintenance, planned works and small refurb projects Liaising with clients daily and ensuring excellent service delivery Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within agreed budgetsThe successful Contracts Manager will need: Experience managing FM / maintenance / small works contracts Hospitality, retail, leisure or pubs experience highly desirable Strong com
