About the role As an Occupational Health Advisor, you''ll be at the heart of a thriving, fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting the health and wellbeing of a diverse workforce. This is more than a clinical role-it''s a chance to lead proactive health initiatives, reduce absence, and ensure compliance with health legislation. You''ll be a trusted advisor, helping people return to work safely, supporting first aiders, and delivering assessments that keep operations running smoothly. This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm) based at our Wolverhampton/West Bromwich site.
