In this vital frontline role, you will work directly with residents at risk of losing their homes - undertaking home visits to assess needs, understand individual circumstances, and deliver creative, person-centred solutions to prevent homelessness. You''ll carry out detailed housing needs assessments and develop personalised housing plans in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, associated guidance, and best practice.
