This role is supporting the finance function of the business providing a high level of service to our employees, customers and suppliers. The role of Finance administrator: Expenses and Company Payment Cards: Coding of staff expenses and company payment cards. Ensuring sufficient backup is provided and chasing where appropriate Data input of applications to clients Assisting with preparation for the annual audit Subcontract Ledger: Updating subcontractor insurances, self-bill agreements and records Monitor and update daily subcontractor order report in line with CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT guidance Review and post subcontract valuations and invoices on Evision, provide 1st line support as appropriate Process subcontract labour invoices via approval workflow in line with agreed supplier payment terms The ideal Finance Administrator: Represent and promote the company in a professional manner Understand our business strategy and your personal contribution Be clear on your responsibilities and strive to deliver what is expected, taking time to think, plan, and reflect on progress.
