Senior Buyer

OverviewGenesis Bakery, located in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, is delighted to introduce an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Buyer to become part of our expanding team.
Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective procurement of ingredients, packaging, and services.
Contribute to upholding the quality and cost standards our major retail partners rely on.
Qualifications
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for cost control and supplier performance.
