We are looking for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join a global leader in Manufacturing and Engineering. Based in Bolton, this well-established company specialises in Manufacturing, offering both standard and bespoke solutions to a diverse client base. The Customer Care Co-ordinator will act as a vital link between the business and its customers, ensuring exceptional service within a Manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new ERP system, improving internal processes, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Hours: 38 per week Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 12:50 pm. Salary: £30,000 £35,000 dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Co-ordinator: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using ERP and CRM systems. Champion the effective use of the CRM system to support customer experience and internal reporting. Liaise with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or resolutions.
