Site Cleaning Operative Location: Witham Pay: 12.71 per hour Job Type: Temporary - 4 Weeks Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmWe are currently recruiting for a Site Cleaning Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Witham. This company supplies food-based products to the entertainment and hospitality industry and is looking for reliable candidates to support the smooth running of the site during a busy period.This is a hands-on role working across different areas of the factory, assisting experienced operatives with industrial cleaning duties, site upkeep, and maintaining safe working environments. Duties will include clearing product spillages, pressure washing machinery, and cleaning production areas, including some confined spaces.Full training will be provided, with opportunities to gain additional certifications including Confined Spaces, Working at Height, and Manual Handling.Duties of the Site Cleaning Operative:Assisting experienced production and cleaning operativesCleaning industrial machinery and production areasPressure washing equipment and factory spacesClearing product spillages safely and efficientlyWorking both indoors and outdoors across the siteCompleting manual handling tasksSupporting general factory housekeeping dutiesWorking in confined spaces and at height following trainingThe Ideal Site Cleaning Operative:Previous industrial cleaning, factory, or utilities experience would be beneficialComfortable working outdoors in all weathers
