Looking to join a well-established engineering team where quality matters and career progression is real?

We''re working with a busy manufacturing site in Rugby that''s on the lookout for an experienced Metrologist to support inspection, calibration and programming on the shop floor.

What''s the job?

• Operate and program CMMs (VMM Mitutoyo, PCDMIS, COSMOS)
• Carry out inspections and record data to meet quality standards
• Calibrate gauges and precision equipment
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and tolerances

What you''ll need:

• Solid understanding of mechanical tolerances
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings
• Experience in programming and using CMMs
• Hands-on calibration experience
• HNC/HND (quality or engineering bias preferred, not essential)
