This position would suit a Senior Design Engineer with a mechanical bias who has previously worked on bespoke machinery, ideally turbines, generators, motors, pumps, or similar rotating equipment.

ROLE
* Take the lead on mechanical design developments across multiple sectors
* Oversee bespoke projects from cradle to grave with full ownership
* Run advanced simulations and comprehensive testing on new and existing machinery
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class engineering solutions
* Office based - this role is not hybrid!

PERSON
* Mechanical Design Engineer with proven experience designing bespoke machinery
* Previous work with turbines, generators, motors, pumps, or similar equipment
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to support assembly, projects, production, and quality when required
