Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We’re looking for a driven Senior Product Manager, Embedded Finance to take ownership of our NewPay proposition and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative credit solutions with our key partners, including Lloyds. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and partner management, influencing how millions of customers interact with retail finance. You will help develop features like instalment plans and “Pay in 3,” ensuring our solutions deliver real value for customers, retailers, and NewDay.Responsibilities

Transformational product strategy – with Partner Management and external partners (Lloyds), create and deliver a product strategy that supports expansion of the customer and retailer network.Collaborate with NewDay Credit, NewDay Platforms and external partners to deliver the Embedded Finance Feature Roadmap, ensuring White-Label and NewPay-branded propositions have best-in-class features (e.g., pay in 3). Prioritise features based on customer feedback, competitive analysis and commercial priorities.With your direct report, define customer-focused best practices and provide visibility of the NewPay product lifecycle across the Embedded Finance Team and the wider business. This includes market research, customer metrics and behavioural insight.Serve as the key product representative when engaging with NewPay partners and merchants; provide guidance on product and customer journey experience. Shape partner applications and spend journeys to maximise customer engagement.Your Skills, Knowledge And Experience

Instalment plans, retail/POS finance, BNPL experience.Experience working with Design, Product, and Clients/Retailers to create customer journeys that engage customers and generate value for business and merchants/providers.Experience collaborating with external partners who may have different financial knowledge or priorities.Good organisation and planning skills.Able to manipulate data and insights to communicate vision.Personal Attributes
