The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient maintenance, repair, and servicing of automatic gate systems, including rapid roller shutters, security barriers, sliding gates, and other mechanical and electrical (MandE) building services.This role is ideal for a proactive and multi-skilled engineer with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a safety-conscious environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on automatic gate systems and related MandE assets.Respond promptly and effectively to breakdowns and reactive repair requests, ensuring minimal downtime.Support and prioritise maintenance activities to achieve optimum levels of service delivery.Conduct installations and repairs of electrical and mechanical plant as required.Maintain all relevant QHSE documentation, including logbooks, hazard reports, and competency records.Adhere strictly to Health and Safety procedures and company policies at all times.Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Participate in emergency callouts and attend r
