• Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and Sales teams to maintain a seamless customer journey.

• Uphold the luxury brand''s high standards, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service.

• Keep customer tickets updated and provide timely responses to all enquiries.

What We''re Looking For

• Fluent Italian is essential (spoken and written).

• Fluency in English is required.

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within fashion, retail, or luxury brands.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Confident using digital systems to manage customer enquiries.
