What You''ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer experiences via email, phone, and live chat in Italian and English.
Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and enquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and Sales teams to maintain a seamless customer journey.
Uphold the luxury brand''s high standards, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Keep customer tickets updated and provide timely responses to all enquiries.
What We''re Looking For
Fluent Italian is essential (spoken and written).
Fluency in English is required.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within fashion, retail, or luxury brands.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Confident using digital systems to manage customer enquiries.
A passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a flair for delivering memorable customer experiences.
