This vital role ensures product availability, minimises waste, and optimises resource usage within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include developing, issuing, and managing daily, weekly, and long-term production plans based on forecasts and confirmed orders, liaising with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources, and monitoring and adjusting production schedules as needed to meet KPIs and customer delivery requirements. You will also analyse production data to identify trends, constraints, and areas for improvement, maintain planning information accurately, and communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
