My client seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Service Engineer in the East London area to work as the sole engineer on a prestigious site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general building service maintenance and HVAC systems, along with experience of carrying out planned preventative maintenance.This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.Responsibilities

Carry out general PPM''s.Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility in a safe mannerEmergency light testingCarry out basic fabric worksProvide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.Basic plumbingEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.Air Handling units (filter changes)Qualifications/Requirements
