In this pivotal role, you will shape and deliver a bold strategy that builds transformative relationships with corporate organisations committed to tackling domestic abuse, sexual violence, modern slavery, and mental health crisis. You will lead a dynamic team to achieve ambitious income targets set out in our new five-year fundraising strategy, stewarding existing partnerships to the highest standards while cultivating new collaborations capable of delivering significant financial and pro bono support. With creativity and vision, you will design innovative partnership propositions and funding models that maximise impact, empower over 20,000 people in Hestia''s services to rebuild their lives beyond trauma, and strengthen our profile as a leader in social impact.
