Job Title: Corrugation Extrusion SetterLocation: West BromwichHours: 48 hours per week, 2-week rotating shift pattern• Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6amHourly Pay: £15.13-£16.25 ( 22%-25% Shift allowence included into salary) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Corrugation Extrusion Setter to join our manufacturing team in West Bromwich, supporting the production of high-quality flexible piping and hose products. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in plastic extrusion, particularly working with Nylon and Polypropylene materials.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in the area. Key Responsibilities• Set up and operate corrugation extrusion machines efficiently and safely.• Maintain tools and equipment, including cleaning and routine checks.• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met.• Maintain accurate production and quality records.• Follow and promote 5S standards in your work area.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.• Comply with all health and safety procedures.• Undertake any other duties as assigned by your Team Leader.
