Oversee month-end, year-end and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare and present Board and lender reporting packs, including KPIs, forecasts and covenant analysis. Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes. Ensure full FCA compliance, including client money
