Site Manager - Passive Fire ProtectionSwindon Area - Up to 50,000 + PackageWe are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee Passive Fire Protection projects across the Swindon area.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations on fire stopping, fire door, and compartmentation projects.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and audits.Maintain site documentation, reports, RAMS, and compliance records.Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders on occupied properties.Enforce health and safety standards across site activities.RequirementsProven Site Manager experience within Passive Fire Protection.Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire doors.Experience working on social housing or occupied residential projects.SMSTS certification.CSCS Manager Card.Full UK Driving Licence.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems.FIRAS, BM TRADA, or similar accreditation knowledge desirable.First Aid at Work preferred.PackageUp to 50,000 salary.Company package.25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.Birthday off after probation.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Employee recognition programme.For a confidential discussion or to apply, please submit your CV today.
