As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will lead the developments in best practice, improving the skills of our teams. This is an opportunity for either, an existing PSL or appropriately experienced fee earner, looking to transition into a PSL role, to develop and lead a highly regarded team. In the role, you''ll act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing technical input and insights into sector trends and legal developments. You''ll also help shape the direction of the firm''s knowledge strategy and drive cross practice liaison on current awareness issues and common areas of legal interest. What we need you to do: Working with the Risk Management Partner to provide strategy for the development of the team. This will involve providing a detailed roadmap for future growth of the team to align with the overall firm objectivesLead the team with either existing or newly recruited PSL''s.
