The Role As a Production Operative, you ll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. You ll be trained to: Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components Carry out visual quality checks on your own work Follow clear health and safety processes designed to keep everyone safe Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly No two days are exactly the same, and you ll learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing. Shift Pattern This role operates on a two-shift rotation: Days: Monday Thursday 6:45am 3pm Friday 6:45am 2:30pm Lates: Monday Thursday 4:20pm 00:35am Friday 2:55pm 10:40pm You ll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required.
